Product Development Responsibility · Research and development of new products, testing of existing and new products · Determine product specifications based on various factors and intended uses · Conduct market research and analysis to understand consumer needs and market trends · Take responsibility for all stages of product development (from initiation to completion) · Support and coordinate with overseas vendors and collaborating departments · Manage sales, revenue, and inventory turnover data · Produce product samples and provide feedback for improvements Qualifications · Over 5 years of experience in cosmetics research and development, purchasing, or a related field · Experience in researching cosmetics market trends and technology trends · Understanding of cosmetics-related regulations and quality standards · Strong communication skills · Proficiency in both English and Korean · Legal eligibility to work in the United States is required · Bachelor’s degree or higher Responsibility · 신규 제품 연구 및 개발, 기존 및 신규 제품 테스트 · 다양한 요인과 용도에 따른 제품 사양 결정 · 소비자 니즈 및 시장 트렌드를 위한 시장 조사 및 분석 · 제품 개발의 모든 단계에 책임 (시작부터 완료까지) · 해외 벤더 및 협력 부서 지원 및 조정 · 매출, 판매, 소진율 데이터 관리 · 제품 샘플 제작 및 개선 사항 피드백 Qualifications · 코스메틱 연구 및 개발, 구매 또는 유사한 직종 경력 5년 이상 · 코스메틱 시장 동향 및 기술 트렌드 조사 경험자 · 코스메틱 관련 법규 및 품질 기준에 대한 이해 · 원활한 커뮤니케이션 능력 · 영어 및 한국어 능통 · 합법적인 미국 근무 자격 조건 필수 · 학사 학위 이상
