구인 포지션 HR - HR Generalist Responsibilities but not limited to: -Serve as the primary HR point of contact for designated office, factory and/or retail departments/companies -Ensure HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook are communicated and consistently applied -Handle employee relations matters with empathy, discretion, and fairness; conduct thorough investigations and document findings as necessary -Manage and support disciplinary action processes by gathering facts, advising managers on appropriate steps, preparing documentation, and ensuring fairness and compliance -Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with all applicable labor laws and internal policies -Coordinate onboarding in collaboration with other HR team members including new hire orientation -Manage offboarding processes, including exit interviews, termination paperwork, asset collection, and system deactivation -Collaborate with safety and compliance teams to ensure factory-related HR practices meet internal and legal standards -Provide coaching and day-to-day support to managers and employees on HR-related matters including performance improvement, disciplinary actions, and interpersonal conflicts -Maintain strict confidentiality and ensure consistent application of policies -Assist employees with benefit enrollment, changes, and inquiries -Support Open Enrollment communication Qualifications/Skills: -3-5 years of progressive HR experience in a generalist, HRBP, or sim
