By Together Apparel (growing wholesale fashion company) is hiring a Customer Service Representative (CSR). Responsibilities: handle B2B wholesale customer inquiries (boutiques, online stores, chain retailers) via phone/email/B2B platforms, process and manage orders (EDI, showroom orders, online wholesale portals), assist with returns/exchanges/claims, coordinate shipping schedules and inventory checks, work with sales and warehouse teams, support showroom appointments and trade shows. Qualifications: English required, 1+ year experience in wholesale fashion or customer service preferred, strong computer skills (MS Office, QuickBooks, B2B platforms), excellent communication.
