LTL Customer Service / Dispatch Operation LTL Invoice AR / AP 1. Position LTL Department (Entry-Level Position) 2. Employment Type Full-Time: Temp-to-Hire Position 3. Job Responsibilities Shipment coordination, routing, and scheduling Carrier management and load tracking Customer service and shipment status reporting Documentation processing and problem resolution Process customer AR invoices and carrier AP invoices Support freight billing, carrier pay, and invoice management Utilize TMS systems and Excel for daily operations 4. Qualifications Entry-level candidates are welcome; no experience required Excel skills preferred Bilingual in English/Korean preferred Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a team-oriented environment High School Diploma or equivalent required Must be authorized to work in the United States 5. Compensation & Schedule Starting at $20+/hr. (depending on experience) Monday – Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM 6. Work Location Plano, TX 7. Benefits This position will begin as a temporary position with the opportunity to transition to a full-time employee based on performance and tenure.
