한국 기업의 시카고 미국 법인 공장에서 미국인 직원들을 관리하실 On-site HR Coordinator를 채용합니다. 서로 격려해주고 이끌어주는 좋은 환경에서 회사 성장과 자기 계발을 위해 투자하며 함께 나아갈 긍정적 마인드와 일에 대한 열정을 소유하신 분들의 적극적인 지원을 바랍니다. • Job Title: HR Coordinator• Location: Matteson, IL• Working Days: Monday – Friday• Working Hours: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM• Salary: Negotiable, Determined after the interview• Benefits: Medical / Vision / Dental / PTO (After 90 days) 주요 업무:• 전 직무(Job Description 및 Requirement) 관리 및 업데이트• P4N HRM 시스템 내 근무시간 확인 및 고객사 출근 현황 보고• 고객사와 일일 커뮤니케이션 및 채용 요청/피드백 관리• 채용, 인터뷰, 후보자 선발 및 퇴사 인터뷰 지원• 신규 입사자 백그라운드 체크 및 Drug Test 진행• 신규 직원 오리엔테이션 및 교육 진행• 직원 근태, 성과, 고충 및 징계 관련 HR 지원• 복리후생(Benefits) 안내 및 관련 행정 업무 관리• 연방 및 주(State) 노동법/인사 규정 준수 관리• HR 정책 및 프로세스 관리 및 개선• 직원 기록 및 HR 문서 관리• 직원 스케줄 관리 및 업무 배정 지원• 직원 채용, 교육 및 온보딩 지원• 기타 HR 운영 관련 업무 지원 자격 요건:• MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) 사용 가능자• 한국어/영어 이중언어 가능자 (뛰어난 영어 의사소통 능력 필수)• 인력/팀 관리 능력• 원활한 커뮤니케이션 및 팀워크 능력• 꼼꼼하고 체계적인 업무 처리 능력• 사람과 인재 개발에 대한 관심과 열정 ———————————————————————————————-Job Description:• Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.• Confirm daily work hours in P4N’s human resource management(“HRM”) system and report daily attendance to a client.• Daily communication with a client to get hiring requests and hear their demand/request/feedback and report to P4N top management immediately.• Maintains organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; counseling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; recommending changes.• Conduct background check and drug screening for all new employees.• Prepare employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs.• Ensure planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by a client to coach and discipline employees; scheduling management conferences with employees; hearing and resolving employee grievances; counseling employees and supervisors.• Maintains employee benefits programs and informs employees of benefits by studying and assessing benefit needs and trends; recommending benefit programs to management; directing the processing of benefit claims; obtaining and evaluating benefit contract bids; awarding benefit contracts; designing and conducting educational programs on benefit programs.• Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state requirements; conducting investigations; maintaining records; representing the organization at hearings.• Maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.• Maintains historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system; keeping past and current records.• Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.• Complete human resource operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.• Maintain human resource staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.• Maintain human resource staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
