Ocean freight forwarding Specialist ( Required Korean Bilingual) Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year Job description: Office hr: 8:30-5:30, M-F Location: Las Colinas, TX Job Responsibilites:We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Ocean Freight Forwarding Specialist with bilingual proficiency in Korean to join our dynamic logistics team. In this role, you will coordinate and manage ocean freight shipments, ensuring seamless transportation processes from origin to destination. Your expertise will help optimize supply chain operations, foster strong customer relationships, and drive efficient freight solutions. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess a passion for logistics and international trade, this is an excellent opportunity to advance your career in global freight forwarding. •* Shipment Coordination* - Coordinate pickup, drayage, and delivery schedules - Monitor cargo movement and update shipment status •* Documentation & Compliance* - Prepare and review shipping documents( B/L, Invoice, Packing list etc) - Ensure compliance with U.S. Customs and international trade regulations - Coordinate with customs brokers for clearance • Customer Service - Serve as the primary contact for clients regarding shipment updates - Resolve shipment issues such as delays, damages, or documentation discrepancies - Provide freight quotes and transit time information • Carrier & Vendor Management - Communicate with ocean carriers, trucking companies, and overseas agents Qualification: • Korean/English bilingual • at least 4-5 years of experience in US ocean freight forwarding or import/export • 영주권 이상 관심있으신 분은 이력서 보내주세요. 바로 연락 드리겠습니다. moafw@moastaffing.com
